As for the CTR 750 E, this model is equipped with a mechanical feed, but also has motorized height adjustment, to achieve the highest possible productivity. The desired cut thickness will be automatically executed after setting it on the touch screen. The feed is driven by an electric motor with a gearbox controlled by a frequency converter. You can change the travel speed simply by turning the potentiometer on the control panel. The final part is protected from shocks thanks to automatic deceleration and stopping. This greatly increases operator comfort, prevents errors of human nature during manual settings and increases overall productivity.
The touchscreen with a PLC control unit allows you to select and display the following functions:
– current position of the saw from below, default position
– setting of the desired cutting thickness
– saw depth setting
– automatic advancement to the desired position
– By setting the cutting thickness and depth, the display shows the number of pieces that can be cut from the log
– during horizontal movement, ie cutting and returning, the display shows the current speed in m / min
