The productivity and the cutting precision of this model have grown considerably, thanks to the blade thickness of 1.3 mm in place of the previous one with thickness 0.9-1.1 mm. In addition to the new design, there are other technological improvements that increase the comfort of the user, the quality and the life of the machine. The arm design and the rigid chrome rods have been reinforced. Now the engine is equipped with a brake to face the high weight of the machine. This increases the precision when you want to stop in the desired position and helps to increase the life of the entire lifting system. The feed and height of the saw are continuously adjustable. The travel speed is shown on the digital display. Unlike the CTR 800, here the control panel is fixed and is positioned on the main travel section. This enables comfortable control of the machine from a single position. For the return movement at the end of cutting, the machine decelerates and stops automatically. The feed is driven by an electric motor with a gearbox controlled by a frequency converter. You can change the travel speed simply by turning the potentiometer on the control panel. The final part is protected from shocks thanks to automatic deceleration and stopping. The massive saw arm is supported by adjustable rods in rigid chrome (for up and down movements) which ensure the absolute precision of the movement and a virtually unlimited service life, if the machine is regularly lubricated. The movement controlled by the central panel has two types of speed, one fast and one slow, for precise movement in the desired position.
